We do not compete on server speed or dashboard colour. We compete on biology, on the database, and on actionability.
Patent UA 128 456 C2 granted and PCT application WO 2025/082614 A1 published. A proprietary database of more than 22,000 Mediterranean profiles.
Models trained on calcareous southern-European soils. Not American technology repurposed — technology born in the Mediterranean, for the Mediterranean.
We do not deliver descriptive reports. We deliver a plan: what to inoculate, when, at what dose, and what outcome to expect.
The calcareous soils of the Mediterranean arc — vineyards, olive groves, and horticultural crops — have a microbiology distinct from those of Iowa or Bavaria. When a winegrower in Alentejo or an olive farmer in the Peloponnese applies recommendations drawn from northern-European or American Midwestern databases, the plan rarely holds. The quality of an agronomic decision depends on the quality of the microbial data and, above all, on its geographic origin.
"What we needed wasn't another descriptive report. It was a plan that accounted for our soil, not for soil from another continent."
An end-to-end operational chain. No in-house lab. No cold chain. No manual intermediate steps.
01
Field sample collection. Proprietary buffer that stabilises microbial DNA for 14 days at room temperature.
02
Standard courier to the partner laboratory (Eurofins Hamburg or Macrogen Europe). No refrigerated logistics.
03
NGS sequencing (16S rRNA V3-V4 + ITS2) and our proprietary bioinformatic pipeline. 90 minutes per sample.
04
Ensemble models (Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and CNN) trained on 22,000 Mediterranean profiles.
05
Executable agronomic plan: biofertiliser dose, cover-crop pattern, irrigation regime, and monitoring schedule.
Each product can be bought on its own. Together, they form the full chain from sample collection to agronomic action.
The platform your farm operates from. Dashboard, alerts, REST API, and a mobile app for iOS and Android.
The fastest and most affordable NGS analysis in the Mediterranean market. Field extraction kit plus a proprietary bioinformatic pipeline.
An automated recommendations engine. It turns a microbial profile into a concrete agronomic plan, validated in the field.
Operational metrics as of May 2026. Agronomic impact ranges have been validated on real commercial holdings in Portugal and Greece.

Our database is calibrated on 22,000 soil profiles from the Mediterranean arc, including vineyards, olive groves, and horticultural crops. If your operation is in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, or southern France, our models are trained for your conditions.
Five working days from sample arrival at the partner lab. Sample collection in the field and shipping add one to two additional days.
BiomaML models reach over 90% correlation with observed field productivity. Recommendations have been validated on real commercial holdings with reproducible outcomes (−22 to −28% on fertilisers, +12 to +18% on yield).
No. The BiomaKit includes a proprietary buffer that stabilises microbial DNA for 14 days at room temperature. Standard courier shipping is enough.
